  • Q: Where do you source materials?

    Many of our products, including our organic cotton and cotton-bamboo blend swaddles, are part of our private label collection. We take great care in selecting materials that are gentle, high-quality, and perfect for little ones. For our embroidery, we use a thick, premium cotton thread imported from Europe. Its durability and texture make it ideal for baby items—creating beautiful, standout stitches that add to the charm of each personalized piece.

  • Q: How long does customization take?

    Each custom order is lovingly made just for you! Our typical turnaround time for personalized items is 5–7 business days before shipping. We appreciate your patience while we create something special.

  • Q: What’s the refund policy?

    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customized items. However, your happiness means the world to us!

    If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Whether your order arrives damaged, is missing, or something doesn’t seem quite right, we’re here to help. We’ll review each situation individually and, if necessary, arrange a return, exchange, or replacement.

    Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • Q: How long will shipping take?

    Once your order is complete, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any delays.
    You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
    Estimated delivery times

    • USPS First Class Mail: 3–5 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
    • USPS Express Mail: 1–2 business days

    Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from shipping time, and factors like holidays, weather, or high-volume seasons may cause delays.

  • Q: Can I expedite customization or ‘skip the line’?

    Yes! We offer Rush Service, which moves your order to the top of the list with a 2-day turnaround. You can also upgrade your shipping method at checkout to shorten transit time.

  • Q: I found a coupon code, but already placed my order. Can you apply it now? 

    We’re so glad you found a deal! Unfortunately, coupon codes and discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
