PAYMENTS
Payments are due in full at the time of purchase prior to shipping.
SHIPPING
Your order will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information. If you have an issue with your shipping address, please contact us here.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-4 days for USPS Priority Mail in the US and 1-2 days for USPS Express Mail. For International orders shipped via First Class Mail shipping times can be up to 3 weeks. Please note: inclement weather and high-volume seasons may delay the estimated shipping arrival times, and shipping times do not include processing time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customizable products are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order and it is within 48 hours of your receipt of merchandise, please reach out to us here.
We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for some reason your order has arrived damaged, does not arrive, or there is another issue, please contact us. If deemed necessary, we will proceed with a return, exchange or replacement of your product on a case by case basis. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided.
SALES AND DISCOUNTS
Sales, discounts and coupon codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders already placed. If you are having issues with your coupon code, please reach out to us here.

Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Lennon and Loom and may be used in the reasonable course ofLennon and Loom's business. Lennon and Loom has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
